Service Description

"Scent Work": Empowering dogs through scent. These sessions get you started in learning how to first start Scent Work. These sessions are private and are held at Mecca's All Breed Dog Training. This is the opportunity to teach your dog "Find It" and pairing scent. As we work together you learn more about how to teach your dog into the world of scent. Your dog's olfactory is powerful and dog's sniffing helps in calming too. Everyone needs something to do with their dogs. This is an activity you can do in your home as we work together teaching your dog. Often scent from something in the kitchen can be used. Once your dog starts with "Find It" then we can move to matching the scent and then to using boxes. Box games are great for your dog mind and nose.
